Player of the Week
Nathan (Year 8) delivered a superb all-round performance for the U14C's, proving to be the match winner with a classy finish. Dominating the midfield, he worked tirelessly both in attack and defence, controlling the tempo of the game and helping his team maintain pressure throughout.
Meanwhile, the 1st XI also enjoyed a strong performance, thanks in large part to Tom (Year 13), who scored an impressive double versus Judd. His clinical finishing and intelligent movement in the final third ensured the team made the most of their chances.
Two hat-trick heroes in Vidur (Year 10, U15B) and Omer (Year 8, U13A) produced brilliant finishes and lead the charge in front of goal for their teams.
In the U14B game, Neo delivered a near perfect all-round performance and was the best player on the pitch. His influence on the game, composure on the ball, and overall contribution stood out earning him Player of the Week!
Team of the Week
The U15C’s and U15D’s enjoyed excellent attacking performances, scoring plenty of goals in convincing wins against Downsend. Their positive approach going forward paid off and capped off impressive team displays.
The U14C’s also returned to winning ways after battling through a tough and competitive game, showing resilience and determination to secure the result.
Team of the Week are the U15B’s who put in an outstanding performance both with and without the ball today. The team showed great intensity, moved the ball well, and created plenty of chances. Some excellent team play and several quality individual goals capped off a brilliant all-round display.
